We got tired of watching good operators struggle with bad tools.
After decades in the industry, we had seen too many talented operators held back by the same thing — information that lived in someone's head, on a printed sheet, or nowhere at all. Great restaurants run on great standards, and great standards only work when everyone on the team can access them.
The technology existed to fix that. What was missing was someone who understood both sides well enough to build it properly. That is where we came in.
We built this because we genuinely believe that the people running restaurants deserve better tools — and because we were in a position to build them.
